“ I have dined at many restaurants in Stuart. As a sushi lover, none had wowed me. Until I came here to Pez Vela, the sushi is exceptional and gourmet like. I truly think this is the new gem in town. We also ordered the steak and it was very tender, the presentation of all dishes was also impressing! I highly recommend this restaurant, I also went there for their bougie brunch this past week and the chicken and waffles were really good, the waffle is different and not a regular American waffle, I liked it. There was a little too much sauce on them but I didn’t mind it. ”

I had the lychee one which I super recommend. Not overly sweet either! We had the Noche in Miami and Godzilla rolls which were as good as Hawaii sushi. I had the salmon entree...the crust the texture (I had it more on the well done side) holy smokes...one of the best things I've ever eaten.
